Mobile App Guide

The Skode mobile app gives you full CRM access on iOS and Android. View leads, update deals, log calls, and use Voice AI to enter data — all from your phone. Offline mode ensures you can work even without internet connectivity.

Installation

Download the Skode app from the Apple App Store (iOS 15+) or Google Play Store (Android 10+). Open the app and sign in with the same credentials you use on the web. If your organization uses SSO, tap Sign in with SSO and enter your company domain.

Core Features

  • Lead Management — View, create, edit, and call leads directly from the app. Tap a phone number to dial, and the call is automatically logged as an activity
  • Deal Pipeline — Drag-and-drop Kanban view optimized for touch screens. Swipe cards to move deals between stages
  • Task Management — View tasks due today, mark them complete, and create follow-ups. Push notifications remind you before tasks are due
  • Voice AI — Tap the microphone icon to dictate lead details, meeting notes, or task descriptions. The AI extracts structured data and populates the correct fields

Offline Mode

Skode caches your most recently accessed leads, contacts, and deals for offline use. When you create or edit records offline, changes are queued locally and synchronized automatically when connectivity is restored. A sync indicator in the top bar shows pending changes.

Push Notifications

Configure which events trigger push notifications: new lead assignments, deal stage changes, task reminders, mentions in notes, and incoming messages. Notification preferences can be set per-device, so your phone and tablet can have different settings.

Security

The mobile app supports biometric authentication (Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint) as an additional security layer. Data is encrypted at rest on the device using AES-256. Remote wipe capability allows admins to erase Skode data from a lost or stolen device without affecting other apps.
