Skode Flow Campaigns allow you to send broadcast messages to thousands of contacts across WhatsApp, SMS, and email. Create targeted campaigns with audience segmentation, A/B testing, and real-time delivery analytics.
Creating a Campaign
Navigate to Flow > Campaigns and click + New Campaign. Select the channel (WhatsApp, SMS, or email), choose a pre-approved template, and define your audience. You can target all contacts, a specific segment, or upload a custom list. Schedule the campaign for immediate delivery or a future date and time.
Audience Segmentation
Build targeted segments using filters on contact properties: location, language, tags, lead score, last interaction date, and custom fields. Save segments for reuse across campaigns. Dynamic segments automatically update as contacts match or unmatch the criteria. Example: "Contacts in India who haven't responded in 30 days."
Template Variables
Personalize campaign messages using variables. Insert dynamic values like the contact's name, company, last purchase, or any custom field. Preview how the message looks for sample contacts before sending. Variable fallback values ensure contacts with missing data still receive a complete message.
A/B Testing
Test different message variants to optimize engagement. Split your audience into groups and send each group a different template or message. After a test period, Skode identifies the winning variant based on open rate, click rate, or reply rate, and sends the winner to the remaining audience.
Scheduling & Throttling
Schedule campaigns for optimal delivery times. The AI send-time optimizer suggests the best time based on historical engagement patterns. For WhatsApp campaigns, Skode automatically throttles sending to stay within Meta's rate limits and protect your quality rating.
Analytics & Reporting
Track campaign performance in real time: messages sent, delivered, read, replied, and failed. View delivery rates by segment, time of day, and device type. Export campaign reports as CSV for external analysis. The ROI calculator estimates revenue impact based on reply-to-conversion ratios.
