Deal Pipeline
The deal pipeline in Skode CRM provides a visual Kanban board to track every opportunity from qualification to close. Configure custom stages, set win probabilities, forecast revenue, and analyze deal velocity to optimize your sales process.
Pipeline Configuration
Navigate to Settings > Deal Pipeline to customize your stages. Each stage has a name, win probability percentage, and optional automation triggers. Default stages include Qualification, Proposal, Negotiation, and Closed Won/Lost. You can create multiple pipelines for different products or sales processes.
Working with Deals
Create a deal from the pipeline view or convert a qualified lead. Each deal record includes the deal value, expected close date, associated contacts, products, notes, and activity timeline. Drag deals between stages on the Kanban board, or use the table view for bulk operations.
Revenue Forecasting
The forecasting engine calculates expected revenue by multiplying each deal's value by its stage probability. View forecasts by month, quarter, or custom periods. The AI-powered forecast adjusts predictions based on historical win rates, deal velocity, and seasonal patterns for more accurate projections.
Deal Automation
Set up automation rules that trigger when deals move between stages:
- Send a proposal email when a deal enters "Proposal" stage
- Create a follow-up task when a deal has been idle for 7 days
- Notify the manager when a deal exceeds a configured value threshold
- Generate an invoice automatically when a deal is marked "Closed Won"
Analytics & Reporting
The deal analytics dashboard shows conversion rates between stages, average deal size, sales cycle length, and win/loss reasons. Compare performance across team members, time periods, and lead sources. Export reports as CSV or PDF for stakeholder presentations.
A/B Testing
Run A/B tests on sales processes by creating variant pipelines. Route a percentage of deals through each variant and compare conversion rates, cycle time, and revenue. Skode tracks statistical significance so you know when results are conclusive.
