Skode CRM includes over 38 AI-powered analytical tools — more than Salesforce Einstein and HubSpot Breeze combined. These tools help you write better emails, score leads more accurately, forecast deals, analyze sentiment, and automate repetitive tasks.

Using AI Tools

AI tools are contextually available throughout the CRM. When viewing a lead, you will see relevant AI suggestions in the right sidebar. Click any suggestion to expand it. For example, the "Email Composer" tool appears when you click "Send Email" and drafts a personalized message based on the lead's history, industry, and previous interactions.

Natural Language Queries

Type questions in plain English in the search bar. For example: "Show me all leads from California that haven't been contacted in 2 weeks" or "What's my team's average deal size this quarter compared to last?" The AI translates your question into filters and reports, then displays the results instantly.

AI Insights Dashboard

The AI insights panel on your dashboard proactively surfaces actionable recommendations. It analyzes patterns in your data to suggest which leads to follow up with today, which deals are at risk of stalling, and which team members might need support. Insights refresh every hour and are personalized per user role.

Configuration & Privacy

All AI processing uses your data only within your workspace — nothing is shared across accounts. Admins can disable specific AI tools or restrict them to certain roles under Settings > AI & Automation. AI suggestions are always optional — human judgment remains in the loop for all decisions.
