Salesforce is the world's largest CRM for a reason. For enterprise organizations with 500+ users, complex multi-department workflows, and deep customization requirements, Salesforce remains the industry standard. No other CRM matches its customization depth.

The AppExchange ecosystem is unrivaled. With 7,000+ apps and integrations, Salesforce connects to virtually every business tool in existence. If your organization depends on niche industry-specific integrations, Salesforce almost certainly supports them.

Industry Cloud solutions are another area where Salesforce has no competition. Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, and Nonprofit Cloud provide pre-built data models, workflows, and compliance features tailored to specific verticals. Skode does not offer industry-specific editions.

Salesforce's customization engine (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow Builder) allows development teams to build virtually anything on the platform.
